CIVIL WORKS ASSISTANT

About the role:

There is an opportunity for a Civil Works Assistant to join The Hills Shire Council's Infrastructure and Works Group within the Civil Works team.

Duties include:

  • Civil maintenance works
  • Waste removal and cleaning of public spaces
  • Monitor and maintain Council's stockpile and satellite sites
  • Operation of Council's Plant and Equipment

About you:

To be considered for this role you will possess:

  1. Experience in civil maintenance and construction
  2. Minimum MR drivers licence or willingness to obtain
  3. School Certificate
  4. WorkCover NSW Construction Induction Training ‘Whitecard'
  5. Confident in the use of an iPad
