CLIENT SUPPORT COORDINATOR - HOME MAINTENANCE

An opportunity exists for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our Hills Community Care Team. The Hills Shire Council is customer focused, performance driven and one of the most financially stable councils in NSW. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to establish and maintain delivery of funded aged care services to eligible consumers within the Western Sydney Funding Region. The successful candidate will work with clients and coordinate contractors in a way that meets Australian Aged Care Quality Standards and expectations under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011. This includes liaising with clients, maintaining timely review of Client Care Plans, scheduling of approved contractors to deliver services at the clients home and cross service telephone and customer service support within the Hills Community Care call centre environment.

The successful candidate will have a flexible and adaptable approach to their work and share our team's commitment to providing value to our customers, approaching tasks enthusiastically and working together as a team.

The successful candidate will have:

  • TAFE Certificate in Aged Care, Administration, Front Line Management or equivalent or extensive experience in Administration
  • Microsoft office and data base application skills and experience
  • Organisational skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

This is a permanent full-time role (35 hours per week) - Position No. S0993

Salary Range: $67,529 - $71,119 pa + Superannuation
