GIS ANALYST/PROGRAMMER

An opportunity exists for an innovative and technology savvy programmer to join our Information and Technology team to support internal customers to implement and use technology solutions in their business processes.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced GIS Analyst/Programmer to develop and maintain spatial data using ESRI ArcGIS software to meet customers' expectations and requirements. The successful candidate will also share our organisations commitment to providing value to our customers, approaching tasks enthusiastically and working collaboratively with their team.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Degree in Business, Information Technology or similar; or 2 years + experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience in an IT development and or software support environment at an analyst/programmer level including experience with MS SQL
  • Demonstrated good working knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS software and the associated software development
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft development frameworks (C#, Asp.Net 4.0+, MVC and Entity Framework and Javascript frameworks)

This is a temporary full-time role - up to 12 months (35 hour per week)

Salary Range: $74,530 - $78,479 pa + Superannuation
