An opportunity exists for a motivated and engaging individual to join our Children Services Team.

Here at The Hills Shire Council we are looking for someone who has a CAN DO attitude, takes initiative and works collaboratively with their team.


Work in conjunction with the director and other staff to provide a high quality service that complies with Education and Care service National Regulations and Law Act, National Quality Framework, Code of Ethics and centre policies and procedures. Assume responsibility as ‘Responsible Officer' on a needs basis consistent with expectations within the National Quality Framework


  • Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate - inclusive of certified Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
  • Current Working With Children's Check
  • 2 years or more experience in the Early Childhood Industry is preferred

This is a permanent full-time role - Position No. S0659

Salary Range: $58,804 - $62,337 pa + Superannuation
