ABOUT THE POSITION
You will undertake a range of face to face customer service tasks and resolve customer enquiries, in a timely manner. You will also be involved in delivering a wide range of programmes including activities for pre- schoolers and seniors. Based initially with the Library Branches Team the successful applicant will work across Baulkham Hills and Dural branches, however applicants must be prepared to work at any of Council's four libraries.
Qualifications and Experience:
- HSC or equivalent
- Experience in a high volume, fast paced customer service environment
- Experience in dealing with diverse and challenging customers
This is a permanent full-time role
Salary Range - $57,370 to $60,817 pa plus Superannuation
