ABOUT THE POSITION
You will provide office and administrative support to the Environment and Health team. Organise attendance of participants at various forums, community workshops and public meetings, as well as maintaining data bases and process information within Councils corporate systems.
Qualifications and Experience
- School Certificate, Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Packages
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with customer enquiries in an efficient & courteous manner
This is a permanent, part-time role - 21 hours per week (work days to be negotiated)
Salary Range - $60,817 to $65,882 pro rata pa plus Superannuation
